Installation requirement:

1.Before installation ,one should check the model of the expansion joints and the specification of the corrugated pipe,amd make sure that the abutment allocaton of the pipe must comply with the design requirements.
2.For the expansion joints with inner linear,one should pay attention to make the internal shell be in the same diractions that the medium fiowing
3.For the expansion joints needing cold tightening,the auxiliary compoents used for predeformation should be demolished after the installation of pipes is finished
4.After the installation of pipe,the auxiliary locating mechanism and firmware used for installation transportation and protecttion on the expansion joints should be demolished immediately.
5.It is strictly forbidden to adjust the installation deviation of pipe with the method of deforming the corrugate pipe with the exception of deformation of the pre-tensile and compression required by the design or cold tightened predeformation,in order to avoid influencing the normal function of expansion joints,reducing the service life and increasing the load of pipe,equipment and bracing components.
6.All the active original compoents of the expansion joints should not be blocked by extennal components,the active parts normal work and should not be limited
7.During the installation ,it is not allowed that welding slag splashed on the surfuace of the corrugated pipe or the corrugated pipe got damaged b other machines
