The four major piping and fittings refers to piping and fittings which are used for the delivery of oil, water, gas and steam. Oil is used for offering hydraulic pressure and lubrication; water is used for cooling; gas means pressure gas, offering brake pressure; steam means high-pressure water vapor, is used for power source and heating supply. It is a simple summarize of four major piping and fittings in power plant.
The four major piping and fittings in power plant includes: main steam piping and fittings, hot reheat steam piping and fittings, cold reheat steam piping and fittings, high pressure water supply piping and fittings.
Main steam piping and fittings is the two high temperature and pressure steam pipelines which are between superheater exit and high pressure main throttle valve connector;
Hot reheat steam piping and fittings is the two high temperature and pressure steam pipelines which are between reheater exit and medium pressure main throttle valve connector;
Cold reheat steam piping and fittings is the two high temperature and pressure steam pipelines which are between high pressure cylinder steam exhaust port and reheater entrance connector;
High pressure water supply piping and fittings is the high pressure boiler water supply pipeline which is between electrically driven feed pump exit and economizer entrance connector.
