1. Leakage. Leakage is mostly caused by incorrect flexible rubber joint installation method. Please note that you must screw tightly to prevent leakage.

2. Pulling off. When the actual stretch length exceed ultimate stretch length, flange will be pulled off from rubber spheres. Please replace a double-sphere flexible rubber joint instead of single-sphere flexible rubber joint, or you can add a limit device to improve the condition.

3. Soak. Since some rubber material is not resistant to oil, if sock the flexible rubber joint in oil for a long time, it will edama and influence sealing and quality. So we advice you to use oil resistant flexible rubber joint for oil pipeline.

4. Dimension transformation. It mainly caused by pipeline strong distortion. You’s better use a high pressure resistant rubber joint.
