The inner wall of the product is in form of smooth plane cylinder and lined with polyester cord fabrics. The outside protruding part is wire rope support ring. Its inner rubber is various medium resistance rubbers and outer rubber is normal rubber.

Function range :

The main functions are to prevent flatness under negative pressure and to endure short time inner pressure to avoid vibrating of inlet pipes bottom ends caused by pump power and suction vibrating so as to make the flow evenly raised and the pump power consumption reduced. Besides, because the inner walls of the rubber join are vertical with no fillisters (arching, or called big belly), it prevents swirls caused by the suction of the pump which improves the pumps efficiency.

EPDM Expansion joint is commonly used for the medium of  oil, strong acid, weak acid , strongalkali, weak alkali.
