Rubber composite pipes produced by Naipu are in two series of rubber-lined steel pipes and rubber mining hoses,used in wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance transferring ore slurried or tailings.
 

2.Structure of rubber lining pipeline
Steel and Rubber Composite Pipe makes use of ordinary steel pipe as its skeleton while abrasion,corrosion and heat resistance imported rubber is lined internally,both of which are combined with high performance adhesives through special technology.With combined advantages of both steel and rubber materials,this composite pipe becomes a prior selection in piping systems in modern mining operating.
 

3.Features
Wear-resistant rubber lined pipe takes CR or IIR as the lining layer,by the the characteristics of strong rubber elasticity and low wear-resistance,reduce the wear and tear of the pipe wall from conveying medium.
Wear-resistant rubber lined pipe can be used for the transport pipelines of ore, concentrates slurry and tailings slurry,and the transport pipelines of coal ash in the coal-fired power plant,and the transport pipelines of the liquid with solid particles in chemical systems of the liquid delivery pipe.
