Product Description

1.The introduction of products

steel & rubber composite pipes have much characteristic such as high wear resistance, water hammer shock resistance, anti-corrosive of chemicals, slow scaling, high intensive cohesion, low running resistance, wide range of transferring medium, long service life, energy and material saving etc. It may lower impact wear to the pipe wall by the transferring medium. The good corrosion-proof, wear-resistant and impact-resistant performance of the rubber lined pipelines can be used in the industries such as metallurgy, electric power, chemical engineering, petroleum, coal and cement. It widely applys to fields such as transferring system of fine tailing ore of mine, ash transport systems of coal-fired power generation plants, chemical corrosion protection, backfill of coal mine well, pipelines, dredging of river channel and port etc.

3.Structure of Product :

General steel pipe (such as spirally welding pipe, seamless steel pipe, straight-seam steel pipe etc) is made for a metal framework. The intermediate layer adopts high-performance American adhesives. The inner layer is provided with rubber lining. Adopt the matched rubber material depending on different working conditions. It is, through experiment of peel-off strength, verified that the bonding strengths between the layers feature stability and fastness. 
1) Optimized Structure. 
The steel pipe is bonded with rubber layer as an integration, having advantages of pressure endurance and wear resistance with excellent overall price/performance ratio. 
2) Superior Wear Resistance Performance 
The abrasion value is within 0.02~0.10 cm³ /1.61km, 3~5 times of that of plastic, 4~6 times of that of steel pipe. 
3)Long Service Life. 
4) High Strength and High Impact Resistance. 
The steel pipe has the feature of tamper force with mercy. High mechanical strength, good rigidness, High shock, impact and good water hammer resistance without creepage. The rubber will be deformed to absorb kinetic energy of the particles under impact. Then, most of energy will be rebounded to the particles for reduction of impact force. 
5) Excellent Performance of Corrosion Protection. 
6) Wide Range of Temperature. 
It can be used in a temperature range of -50° C~+150° C for a long time. The lining layer will not separate from the framework due to changing temperature.
