Vulcanizing Rubber Liner Slurry Pipe

1. Greatest impact resistance

Under very high impact the rubber will be deformed and absorb the kinetic energy of granule, and then rebound most of the energy to

granule in the form of return, in order to reduce the impact force and improve the life greatly.

2. Good wear resistance

Rubber lined can be chosen according to the need of anti-abrasion, and suitable for the environment with more anti-abrasion.

3. Fine anti-corrosion

Rubber lined can be carried out according to the need of anti-corrosion, and applicable to the environment with high corrosiveness.

Rubber lined can bear the anti-corrosion from all kinds of acid, alkali, salt, organic substance, seawater, waste water and so on, and can

be used in complicated and harsh chemical corrosive environment.

4. Adapting to wide range of temperature

Rubber lined steel pipe can be used within -40 degrees and 140 degrees for long term, and rubber lined layer will not be torn off the steel

frame due to temperature change.
