Flexible rubber joint basic rules are as follows:

5. normal applicable medium can be curved around the rubber joint is a normal water temperature from 0 to 60 ℃, such as special medium: oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and corrosion resistance and other hard cases, should choose the corresponding materials resistant rubber joints, do not blindly string or gm.
6 .in a flexible rubber joint used in the import and export, the pump should be located near the water pump, and pump should be installed between the metal joint variable diameter, large caliber and installed in a variable diameter.
7.When the displacement of joint or the maximal amount of compensation, should increase the number of joint to parallel displacement, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the pipeline super bad, make the joint in the limit state of flexure displacement and deviation, more can't more than (telescopic, displacement, deflection, etc.), using specific installation data as shown in the table below.
8. senior or impending water supply, water pipes should be fixed on the hanger, bracket, or anchor frame, and cannot make joint pipe under its own weight and axial force, otherwise the joint should be equipped with protection pulled off (the tolerances must be greater than the pipe axial force).
9. when installing rubber joint, joint screw should be extended to the outside of the bolt each end of the flange bolts according to the method of diagonal compression repeatedly evenly tighten, prevent partial pressure.Wire joint should use standard wrench tight uniform force, do not use a torque rod strength makes the union slippery silk, smooth edges and fracture, and to periodically check, lest cause off or loose.
10. rubber joint on initial stress (such as: installation testing, etc.) or disable before enabled again for a long time, after should tighten bolts pressure again again put into operation.
