Various reasons are responsible for the burst of the rubber joint.However,there are three main reasons.

Firstly,to make sure whether the pressure of the pipe road is too big.Generally speaking,the rubber joint with 1.0MPa can at most bear 2.0MPa and will not blew out.But once the pressure is too big,the rubber joint with bigger pressure should be chosen.Thus,installation should follow the requirement of technical people.
 

Secondly,inferior rubber material may also lead to the unexpected result.The rubber joint installed  outdoors should avoid high temperature,ozone oil acid and alkali,forbidding exposure to the sunlight,wind and rain.Under this condition,we should choose good rubber material,such as neoprene rubber,EPDM, fluorine rubber and silicone rubber.Good rubber material can lengthen the rubber  joint's service life.If the rubber joint is used outdoors,sunshade frame is a good choice.

Technical problem is the third reason .The key in the vulcanization process of rubber joint is the vulcanization of the interface.Furthermore,The burst often appeared in the interface .It is because the technology in the interface is complex and tedious, and the problem usually exists in the interface.
